FIXED FEE ONE-TIME LICENSE

Under the Fixed Fee One-Time License, SmartRooms is licensed for a LIMITED number of Rooms for UNLIMTED Hotel Locations. You do not have to pay an annual license renewal fee. You do not have to pay any commissions on Sales Revenue from Room Bookings as well as Hotel Package Bookings (Optional Module).

SmartRooms is licensed for a limited number of Rooms; for e.g. 30 Rooms which means that Your Hotel can sell a maximum of 30 rooms online everyday. If you have more than 1 hotel, You can share the 30 rooms license and sell rooms from all your other Hotels also.

YOU do not have to pay the Annual Maintenance Fee and the Application Hosting Fee for the 1st year. Annual Maintenance Fee @15% + (service tax) and the Annual Application Hosting Fees of Rs. 5400/- + (service tax) are applicable from the 2nd Year onwards.
